About me

I am a UK-based healthcare professional working within a GP setting, with a strong interest in mental wellbeing and lifestyle medicine. Through my daily work, I see first-hand how small, sustainable habits can make a meaningful difference to emotional health — and how often people need practical, accessible support before problems escalate.

Alongside my role in primary care, I am an educational health writer and have developed and published mental health resources for students, including sixth form learners. My work focuses on translating evidence-informed ideas into clear, relatable tools that young people and adults can realistically apply in everyday life. I have also been a university lecturer for an MSc Science programme, where I taught concepts related to mental health and wellbeing to advanced students.

I have also volunteered with the American Red Cross during my time living in the United States, which further shaped my understanding of community wellbeing and the value of preventative support.

I repeatedly see people who are not in crisis, but who are quietly struggling. They may not require specialist treatment — they need practical, manageable tools to feel more steady, confident, and in control. This platform exists to support that space before problems escalate.

Here you will find practical, non-clinical tools designed to make wellbeing feel manageable and sustainable. These resources are intended to support emotional self-care and the development of small, positive routines — not to replace professional medical or psychological care.

This is preventative, educational wellbeing support — accessible to individuals and designed to be supported by communities and institutions who value early intervention and practical, everyday strategies.
